Upon arrival at the clinic please take a seat in our waiting area. You will be greeted by your therapist when they are ready to see you, they may still with the previous client when you arrive.
If you have a cough or cold please wear a mask for the duration of your appointment.
PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND YOUR APPOINTMENT IF YOU ARE UNWELL
If you are attending the clinic for the first time, there will be a registration/consent form to fill in, this form will include personal information about you and any medical conditions you may have. We will also take a detailed history about your specific problem. This form may be received via e-mail before your appointment, if not a paper copy will need to be filled in upon arrival at the clinic.

Soft Tissue Therapy Consultations usually last up to 60mins
Follow on appointments can vary but the therapist should be able to advise on duration prior to scheduling
Cancellation policy
As a small business it is not always easy to fill spaces for last minute cancellations. The full treatment cost will be charged for missed appointments or appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment. We thank you for your understanding.
